Read a verification result as one defined check, not a wider endorsement.
Document verification is useful only when its limits are clear. The Ghazi and Co register helps compare an issued document with the record retained by the issuer. It does not decide whether the report suits your purpose, whether you may rely on it or whether every statement in it is correct.
Confirm the source and version
Open the brand-owned verification address shown with the document and check that the domain is ghaziandcca.com. Compare the issue details and version rather than relying on a logo or a green indicator. A screenshot of a previous result may no longer show the current status. Where a later issue exists, request the appropriate current document through an authorised route.
Separate authenticity from professional conclusions
An issue record and an audit opinion answer different questions. Read the report to understand the work performed, intended users and limitations. A brand reference is not an ICAP UDIN or any other professional identifier. Where a separate identifier applies, use its relevant official verification process as well.
Escalate discrepancies without over-disclosure
An unfamiliar status, altered period or unexpected recipient instruction should be raised with the issuing team. Supply the reference and a brief explanation first. Do not upload a confidential report to an unrelated website for checking. Access to the underlying document requires the proper authority even when a public verification record exists.

Does a matching record permit redistribution?
No. Verification does not override confidentiality, recipient restrictions or other terms governing the report. Obtain the necessary permission before sharing it.
