OPERATING RECORDS

Keep customer balances connected to their source activity.

Receivables administration helps organise the record of invoices, credits and receipts. We can support agreed ledger maintenance, balance review and follow-up information so the team responsible for customers has a clearer working position. The service is administrative and accounting support, not an assumption of authority to negotiate or collect debts.

Establish the customer record

The scope identifies the entities, accounts and periods included. We review how invoices, credit adjustments and receipts are recorded and matched. Unallocated funds, duplicates or inconsistent customer references become questions for resolution. Changes to pricing, credit terms or customer balances require the appropriate approval and evidence.

Prepare useful follow-up information

An aged balance schedule can help identify overdue or disputed items, subject to the quality of the records. We distinguish unresolved disputes from processing gaps and payment timing. Follow-up wording, responsibilities and escalation rules are agreed before communication is undertaken. Customer personal data is limited to what the assignment needs.

Close the accounting loop

Receipts and authorised adjustments should flow back into the working records. The handover identifies outstanding items and the person responsible for the next action. Any write-off, legal recovery or specialist credit decision requires separate authority and assessment. We do not guarantee collection or treat an aged report as proof that every balance is recoverable.

Common questions

Can you support our internal credit-control team?

Yes. We can prepare schedules and maintain agreed records while your authorised team retains customer decisions and collection responsibilities.
